Lilly and Zach: Exciting Week

We found out that Lilly and I will be accompanying Ramon on his next duty assignment to Korea! We will be heading there this September for a 2 year time frame. We are still not 100% sure where we will be going but it looks like either Yongsan (near Seoul) or Daegu ( south of Seoul). Either way, we will be in South Korea and are currently looking at housing options which consists of high rise apartments with very little closet space! (Looks like my wardrobe is going to get cut in half!) We will be making trips to New Mexico and Michigan starting the end of July through August, so we will try to see as many of you as we can. We are currently looking at 4 bedroom apartments so that means we have extra room for visitors!
With that news, this past week was very busy! Lilly had her 9 month appointment, weighing in at 20lbs and 29"!! Wow she has definitely grown. Everything is looking right on track for her. I spent a few days deep cleaning, de-cluttering, spot painting and obsessing about the pictures the realtor was going to take to put our house up for sale. Well, I guess it all worked because 2 days later we received an offer....for the entire amount we are asking! We could not believe it. So now we are currently waiting on the appraisal and if all continues to go well, we will be closing May 13, which means we have to find a place to rent for 2 months before we start our traveling. Needless to say we have a lot of "what ifs" and "it depends" and "wait and see", but that typically seems to be the norm of having a military life. Anyway, we will keep everyone updated as it all progresses. In the meantime, enjoy some of our great photography of Ms. Lilly!
